Hear Talk Grow supports children who are deaf or hard of hearing in all communication modalities, specializing in listening and spoken language development and hearing device use — and coaching the families who love them. All therapy is completed by a Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, Auditory-Verbal Therapist.
Who we are
Language grows where it's nurtured
Hear Talk Grow is an individual therapy practice for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, from birth through grade twelve. Children who use any communication modality are welcome here, and the practice specializes in listening and spoken language development and hearing device use. Sessions are one-on-one, built around your child's technology, developmental stage, and family routines — and around you, because caregivers are the most powerful teachers a child has.
Alongside direct therapy, Hear Talk Grow partners with private and charter schools to provide itinerant Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing services, so students have consistent, qualified support in the classroom as well as in therapy.
Language delay has many roots. Hear Talk Grow also provides special education services and Developmental Special Instruction for children with Down syndrome, cognitive delay, autism spectrum disorder, auditory processing differences, and other diagnoses affecting communication — including social and emotional skill development, and gross motor and adaptive skills in the birth-to-five years. Hear Talk Grow is able to accept Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funds, and self-pay options are always available. If you are not sure which route fits your family, reach out — walking families through the options is part of the job.

About the practice
Amber Saeli, M.A., M.Ed., LSLS Cert. AVT
I am a certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, a Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist and Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, and a certified Special Education teacher. I hold a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education.
I have over ten years of experience in early intervention and itinerant services, serving children from birth through age twenty-one with individualized therapy and planning. Every session at Hear Talk Grow is delivered personally by a Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, Auditory-Verbal Therapist — no exceptions.
