Programming built around your child
There is no single curriculum that fits every child. Programming is selected and blended based on your child's age, listening age, hearing technology, and goals — and adjusted as they grow.
Auditory & spoken language curricula
Structured listening and spoken language programs that sequence auditory skills from detection through comprehension, paired with speech and language targets appropriate to your child's stage.
Developmental scales & checklists
Ongoing use of developmental listening, speech, and language scales to establish a baseline, set the next meaningful target, and show progress over time in plain language.
Speech & phonology programming
Targeted work on speech sound development and intelligibility, chosen to match what your child can access auditorily through their hearing technology.
Language & vocabulary instruction
Explicit instruction in vocabulary, syntax, figurative language, and the incidental language that hearing peers absorb by overhearing — often the widest gap for school-age students.
Literacy & access to curriculum
Phonological awareness, decoding, and comprehension support, plus pre-teaching of classroom vocabulary so students walk into the lesson already holding the key words.
Self-advocacy & audiological literacy
Age-appropriate instruction in understanding one's own hearing, managing technology, explaining needs to teachers and peers, and requesting accommodations independently.
